My name
is Tara.
I
was brought into the world seventeen years ago; then picked
up my first sewing needle shortly after.
I'm a highschool student who's prime interest and hobby
lies within my sewing machine. I love art and I firmly
believe that my hands were made to create it.
I sew all my items with my Brother XL 2600 and
serge them with an Janome overlocking machine.
I'm a perfectionist whilst sewing, thus my items are made
to last.
You'll
notice it's very unlikely two pieces of mine are the same.
Of course it's intentional, I try my best to keep each
piece unique. Who doesn't want that 'I'm the only
person in the universe who has this' feel? It's
nice. I get my ideas from an overwhemling amount of places;
runways, vintage magazines, costumes, and anything in
my surroundings. Then I combine them together like your
grandmother's vegetarian stew.
